The text is illustrated with hand drawn illustrations, by the author – and the actual text has been hand illustrated paperback binding with black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. A meditation on architecture – and, the fact that architects design for wealthy clients, who can afford to build, not necessarily for the people who need it most.  This book has suffered a large amount of sunning with all panels affected, but particularly the back strip. There are numerous creases and foxing marks to the book panels. Age toning and foxing of the text block edges. A newspaper clipping has been placed loosely in the book which has caused large amount of sunning to the verso of the front panel.
