Before we got ready for bed, I said, “Look, Bob, I said I was gonna post a message warning all the cops, judges, and social workers not to mess with us. It’s not for our own protection - it’s for theirs.” Bob was still dubious and asked, “Did God tell you to do that?” It was a silly question - did Bob think I’d have had the gall to come halfway around the world and take on the power structure in an out-of-the-way place like Pocatello, on my own? But I just said, “Sure - and I’m scared not to.” It’s a deadly serious business - so I quoted them St. Paul’s words about “I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake,” and added, “Jesus Christ chose this path, but I did not.” Anyhow, Bob asked once more, “Lil bro, are you sure?” And when I again insisted it was what God wanted done, and added the barb, “If you give Him permission!”, Bob didn’t jump on me for saying it - he just shook his head and said, “God probably doesn’t need my permission to do stuff”, and let me do it. So I went downstairs to the computer and typed it. Billy thought “I” had made it “pretty strong.” They still don’t really understand that God gives me the words directly - not just the general notion. But I wrote it, warning that anyone who didn’t leave us alone was committing suicide, both temporally and eternally.
